1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of thelittlewhitecart.co.uk and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The Little White Cart is a UK-based artisan bakery. All products are handmade to order.
2. Products All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance from product images. This is a natural characteristic of artisan baked goods and does not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable orders.
6. Perishable Goods & Food Safety All products are perishable. Consumption and storage guidance is included with every order. We cannot accept liability for products that are not stored or consumed in accordance with these guidelines.
7. Allergens Full allergen information is listed on each product page. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soya and sulphites. It is your responsibility to check allergen information before ordering. We cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been clearly provided.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of The Little White Cart and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Little White Cart shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
